A few months back we gave you all a little sneak peek into a project called Row17. We told you all about how the project is the product of Urban Alfandre, a group that’s committed to creating “urban spaces that are designed and built around the human experience,” and that they’re the same folks that had a hand in Granary Row, the shipping container project that arguably revitalized the Warehouse district. “Thirty-two condos,” we said. “Right by Sweet Lake Biscuits and Limeade!” And we all rejoiced.
And as the ground’s since been broke, and loads of progress has been made, we felt it fitting to give you another peek at this project.
For those unfamiliar, this area has been on the ups in a major way. Not only is it home to our favorite aforementioned biscuit haven, but it’s also right-close to tons of salty goods (including but not limited to: Laziz Kitchen, Water Witch, Jade Market, Meditrina, Penny Ann’s Cafe, and Alchemy Coffee). It’s also a lightning fast drive—or easy-breezy bike ride—to the staples at 9th & 9th and Liberty Park.
Like we mentioned before, Row17 is 32 modern condos perched on 1700 S. The spaces are stacked in sets of two, and each comes equipped with soaring ceilings, tons of natural light, and a private parking spot. These beauties are slated for completion this summer, so if you’re saving your pennies for a stunning spot in an on-the-rise ‘hood...
we advise you to watch this space.
