Life on Browning | Coming S(w)oon

For those familiar with the 15th & 15th neighborhood, available homes are a welcome sight. The location is unbeatable, the streets lined with big, beautiful maple trees, and the quiet serenity downright palpable. It’s precisely these details that make the area so very covetable.

And it’s precisely where this beautiful home is planted.

We paid a crisp, snowy visit to Annabelle, Chris, and their lovely, Browning Ave home earlier this year, and we were as impressed with the interior as we were the exterior. This style of this space is, in essence, the perfect counterpart to the perfect neighborhood in which it sits. A remodeled kitchen juxtaposes the charm of original moldings and hardwood floors, and the work that the pair have put into updating the place has paid off in spades. The feeling here is calming…but it’s also something of an awakening.

Oh. And it’s hitting the market next week.

Keep an eye on the website, as you’ll see this delightful home again very soon. Hoping to get a look before it hits the market? Contact Cody Derrick at 801.661.2759 to discuss details or to schedule a private showing.
