Those who have recently visited the streets of Rose Park know well how conveniently-located this area is. Just a short skip from downtown, the winding roads are packing serious charm. It's no wonder, then, that the home you see below went under contract in a blink.

ADORABLE HOUSES, TIDY YARDS, TREE-LINED STREETS, AND FRIENDLY NEIGHBORS

The Rose Park area originally blossomed when young men returning from WWII were looking to put down roots, and you can still feel a 50s-era pride in home ownership here. The lots here are large enough for a garden, a garage, and whatever else you choose. It's a good area for just about anyone, and the folks leaving this home behind (Keith, Rachelle, and Blair) will certainly have something to miss. Luckily, the next proud owners (another CHC family!) have something great to look forward to.
