Our time at the Penny Condos all began with a love of the convenience and closeness it offered us to the life we had built near the heart of SLC. Over time, that affection grew into a profound attachment to the Penny and the cherished memories it held within its walls.

The Ballpark District offered us the delightful luxury of walkability and spoiled us with its charm. We enjoyed starting our days with a cup of Honeysuckle Coffee from the loving neighborhood, setting the perfect pace to embrace whatever the day had in store for us. Exploring local shops, taking leisurely strolls around Liberty Park, and enjoying a craft cocktail from Curiosity, became our treasured routine.

But the most cherished moments were the evenings we spent together at home.

Cooking delicious dinners or baking fresh pies brought a warm sense of comfort and watching the setting sun's rays reflect off the walls while playing cards in the living room filled us with contentment. The high ceilings and fresh wood flooring provided a safe and secure feeling, enveloping us in a sense of home. It became our haven, nurturing us to grow and pursue the life we had always dreamed of.

Within the walls of the Penny, we fostered a true love for everything that mattered to us, making it a place from which we would plan and then embark on our adventures around the world.

So, here's the thing about houses: they don't just take a village, they are the village. Who was the carpenter that cut the wood for the floors? Who was the artist that painted the art? Who framed it? The counter, what material is it? From what quarry did it come? Are the windows still the ones f...
