Locals + Culture

Once upon a feverish summer, when nothing hung around on the market longer than the bat of an eye (sound familiar?), we helped these two get nestled into this Millcreek charmer. And, at the time, it checked all their boxes: a large main bedroom with ensuite bath (and steamer shower!), a killer kitchen, and a fantastic, private pool, guaranteed to inspire Wendy Peffercorn daydreams all summer long. But the city, siren that she is, called, and these two decided to pick up and move back to the bustle. We happily agreed to help them find the next folks to fill this home, but not before throwing one last soiree. The sun was out, the pool was prepped, and this little Millcreek oasis was poppin’.

And, just like that summer not-so-long ago, this place was listed and gone in a heartbeat. See, our listings are flying off the shelves about as quickly as we can get them on the market. If you're thinking about movin’ on to your next space, give us a ring. We happen to know a thing or two about real estate.
