Poison Creek Furniture and Design has been “making your home beautiful again” since 2014. Kim Brown, the owner and head designer, has been working in the furniture and design business for over a dozen years. She has created an in-house aesthetic that inspires both locals and visitors alike. Need a bed for you and yours, a shuffleboard for your business, a pillow/throw for your cozy nook, or a full space lift…they’ve got you covered. Conveniently, items can be purchased off the showroom floor, shipped directly, or even custom ordered.
Kim also partners with local craftsmen for many of their designs and custom pieces.
Her community support does not end there. She sponsors a bin at the local free recycling center and actively supports several non-profits in town: Recycle Utah, Peace House, Nuzzels & Co., Paws for Life and the National Ability Center. We thank you!
Okay, what’s the story behind the name?
Poison Creek is the moniker of the historic creek that winds its way through the heart of Park City. Originally, it was called Silver Creek, which became so contaminated the locals dubbed it “Poison Creek”. Rest assured the creek has been restored - the name stuck and it continues to flow adjacent to their 5,800 sq. ft showroom.
I, cityhome-agent Tiffany, recently joined their team and to no surprise, Kim has extended her generosity to the COLLECTIVE family - mention this blog for a special cityhome discount. Whether you’re a PC local, a Salt Lake neighbor or just spending the weekend in town, come say hi!
