These days, finding a charmingly-vintage home in Olympus Cove is a bit of a tall order (arguably one of SLC's most-coveted 'hoods, this spot is minutes from hiking and biking, while holding some of the city's most fantastic views--so we get the hype). Aside from being just beneath Mt. Olympus herself, this particular space boasts sweeping valley views, holds cathedral-like ceiling heights, and has a beautiful back yard that's been made completely private by a wall of trees (tall order, indeed).

Keep a watchful eye for this one--it's got a track record of going fast.

Last year, the home graced the market (and our COLLECTIVE "Available" section) for just a day before being promptly snatched up (and rightfully so). Luckily for all of you, a career change for our client pal has resulted in this space being ready, once again, for the next fitting owner. In the interest of taking advantage of loads of space in such a cozy place, we recently popped over for a COLLECTIVE brunch--complete with pastries, coffee, and a particularly sunny Fall day--before heading into the office (carpool, hooray!). Did we mention the fireplaces (see: plural) or the roomy, 3-car garage? 'Cause, yeah. Keep a watchful eye for this one--it's got a track record of going fast.

Before They Cross The Threshold

There is a moment—quiet, almost imperceptible—when a buyer pulls up, turns off the engine, and looks up at a home for the first time.
