Coming across the perfect home often means substantially more than simply finding all of your “must haves” in one place. A connection with a space can be emotional above all else and it’s in these instances that our COLLECTIVE aphorism “love where you live” derives meaning.

This unit, perched high above the valley, surely has the potential to render its next owner fully smitten.

This spot’s open living areas, choice views, and cozy fireplace are desirable features, to be sure, but they also offer the potential for something more, as only buildings so smartly suited to their inhabitants can; Namely, the chance to feel undeniably, unequivocally “at home.” And, having such a profound union with one’s digs generally makes all things in life--from homecooked meals to lazy days spent lounging on the couch--that much sweeter. Safe to say, we’ve got a sneaking suspicion that whoever snatches this condo up will be all too pleased.
