This charming spot happens to’ve been home to some equally-charming people. Now that they’re heading west to the Oregon Coast, we wanted to help send them off right. What better way to say adieu to some truly lovely locals than a cold drink, a nod to fond memories, and a hearty cheers to life on the coast? We're sad to see them go, but the space they're leaving behind?

Well, just have a look...

Eric and Sarah, along with pup Trooper, are packing up and moving on, meaning this gorgeous unit—in 3rd & 3rd’s heavily-coveted Sampson Altadena building—is officially up for grabs. These two loved their time in this space, and it’s easy to see why. Not only is the Sampson Altadena chock full of vintage vibes, but this downtown neighborhood is on the rise in a major way. This place is shouting distance to Current Fish & Oyster, Paradise Palm, Copper Common, and the Broadway Theater, and what’s more, this space’s killer balcony ensures you the kind of metropolitan people-watching you’ll never tire of. It’s the kind of quintessentially-SLC spot that comes along all-too-infrequently.

Best to watch this WEBSITE for the full scoop.

We recently passed the keys to a home tucked just beside one of Salt Lake’s most intriguing landmarks — a red-brick beauty resting quietly along the edge of Gilgal Gardens.
