The Premier, for us, is one of this city’s prime examples of authentic Tudor architecture, and we admire the details that make each of these spaces so very special—the elaborate crown molding, the arched doorways, and those to-die-for sunrooms, among them. This particular two-bedroom flat sports a recent (and very tasteful, we might add) bathroom remodel, but we’re particularly enamored with the main living space.

It has all the perks of a city perch: parks, the University, and fantastic shopping and dining are all just a quick pedal away. The time has come for them to put down roots elsewhere, meaning you’ve got a chance to call this Premier apartment your own.

If a magical space on a tree-lined street—just blocks from our city’s delightful downtown area—is your definition of “home”...

let us be the first to welcome you.
