Few things start your day on a more majestic foot than a private view of a mountain sunrise. True, we love us a good sunset, but something about morning’s first light spilling over those Wasatch peaks seems to prompt a “gonna be a good day” state of mind.

If the dreary days of pre-spring have you longing for a little bit more vitamin D...

We happen to know a little perch where you’ll have a "sunny" outlook every morning. Yes, the views here are so lovely, the floorplan was all but arranged around them. There’s a perfectly-proportioned, open-concept kitchen/living room area, and we happen to know (first hand) that it’s the perfect spot to bask in the day while sipping OJ. Need some fresh air? Open up those sliding doors and get balcony-side. No big deal.

This spot sits in The Bonneville Tower—one of our beautiful South Temple neighbors—and we happen to know that values in this building are on the up ’n’ up in a big way. She hits the market next week, and we think you’d do well to keep your eyes on this one.

Things are looking bright, indeed.
