Throughout the course of this year, “home” took on a distinctly different meaning. With public spaces taken off of the table for the better part of the last 12 months, plenty of people—many of our clients included—were compelled to reevaluate what spatial attributes and amenities they valued most. While we cover everything from tiny flats to mid-century gems and luxury pads, single-story bungalows, cottages, and the like defined our latest real estate cycle. Plenty of clients decided it was finally time to move on from the spots they had so carefully crafted in their image, and those on the hunt for new digs quickly snapped them up.
