Seems like just as Spring blossoms are starting to pop up, all sorts of lovely little spaces are sprouting up left, right, and center. Take, for example, this tidy, remodeled dandy tucked away in one of the Salty City’s sweetest ‘hoods, the ever-eclectic Marmalade. In our COLLECTIVE opinion, this looks like the perfect place for putting down roots: it’s close—but not too close—to the city center. It’s all at once private, spacious, bright, and full of character.

The current owner’s made a few smart improvements, new paint, flooring, and appliances among them. The result is a tranquil space chock full of good energy, one which we happily inhabited for an evening of celebration for some forthcoming nuptials. Drinks raised, we wished said current owner and her partner well on their grandest of adventures.

And as for the home? We can’t wait to see whose next adventure leads them here.
