Not long ago, a few of our friends snapped up this beautiful bungalow on Browning with every intention of putting down deep roots (and taking full advantage of that lovely front porch). But, as we all have learned and some time or another, the only thing you can’t account for when planning your life is, well…life. And while theirs is currently taking them westward, that leaves this charming space completely up for grabs.

(Here's where you gather 'round...)

We stopped by on a pre-summer eve not so long ago to toast to their new chapter and get real acquainted with this remodeled cottage. It didn’t take more than tasty nosh, good vibes, and porch hangs to have us completely smitten, and, whether we were milling around that kitchen or lounging in the private backyard, the night was about as perfect as a farewell could be. In short, we left knowing that whoever scoops up this spot next is certainly in luck…and sure to be just as enamored as we are.

Best be on the lookout for this one...
