Life in Your Space | Best in the West

10/25/2018 | Brian Tripoli

Westgate Lofts has long ranked among our favorite downtown developments. Its tall storefront windows and pleasing architectural lines are character-packed and, aesthetics aside, these converted warehouses are surrounded by some of SLC’s best offerings. Plus, thanks to the geothermal temperature conditioning system that was installed in 2007 they’re remarkably energy-efficient and eco-friendly, as well.

Adeptly designed and oh-so-connected, these Lofts are idyllic city living, defined.

We recently stopped by the recently-listed spot in question (unit 109 to be specific) for a couple of drinks, hors-d'oeuvres, and some choice conversation. In doing so, it became clear that 109 lives like a dream. The soaring ceilings and open floor plan keep the space feeling clean but cozy and, even with half a dozen of us sitting, sipping, and conversing, things still felt spacious.
