As always, we’re self-professed suckers for a sharply designed bungalow, especially if said spot also offers superb city views. This Chicago-style number is a box-checker, to be sure. Beyond the charm evinced by the covered porch, abundant windows, and seriously handsome brickwork, these digs are, as we came to find out, also oh-so-suited to entertaining.

The kitchen connects seamlessly to the living and dining areas, ensuring guests the opportunity easily enjoy every inch of this space. Whatsmore, since its current owners took things over, this home has seen numerous welcome improvements. The kitchen has been adeptly modernized and, in a bid to reduce carbon emissions, the attic was packed with extra insulation and solar panels were added to the roof. Plus, the once dilapidated storage shed out back was refurbished and now looks perfect for an art or yoga studio.

Keep an eye on the site, this one is sure to go fast...
