You saw. You saw the moment we put this one on the market last week, didn't you? There's plenty to love about this home in the Sandy/Cottonwood Heights area. For one, it's been remodeled to our utter delight, which shouldn't surprise those that know we partnered with the owners for the redesign of the kitchen, dining area, and main living space (well done, Andrea!).

formality and comfort in faultless balance

The result is equal parts warm, inviting, and modern…it's a cozy mecca for entertaining, in fact. We showed up a few days ago to toast our friends, owners and Brad and Val, and settled right in as if it were our own. Layout wise, the space flows with easy-breezy perfection--formality and comfort in faultless balance. That dining area is spacious, to be sure, and peers into both the kitchen and sunken living room, a.k.a. this is the place for eating, drinking, and merriment. We've already gushed about the fireplace, and we can attest now that it works as well as it looks. So, we've found the spot for your Thanksgiving dinner, folks. You'd better call us up…you'll want plenty of time to figure out those seating arrangements.
