In Liberty Park, you can find anything from food trucks to farmers markets, friendly picnics to vintage car shows, depending on the day. It’s SLC’s central-most park, and it’s a patch of land so lovely we named a whole neighborhood after it. This area is pleasantly perusable in all seasons, so when an available home crops up anywhere near, you best believe we’re all at attention over here.

Here's the thing...

This particular place—which happens to sit a literal shout from aforementioned park—has a few major perks. It’s been fully updated, for starters, and it also boasts an immaculate (and very private) backyard, which we were delighted to take full advantage of on an evening not so long ago.

interested? because photos/info on this spot will be available exlusively to CHC readers...

It’s a mid-city sanctuary, to be sure, and we can’t wait to bring you all the tantalizing details (including “three-car garage” and “mother-in-law"). We suggest you check back early next week, if you know what's good.

Contact listing agent Joseph Tuenge at 801.386.1039 for additional details.
