Life In Your Space | Broadway’s The Place

Homelovers find one another, a benefit of the trade.

Dana and I served for years together on the Mid-century Modern Board (A division of Preservation Utah). We have been caring for houses, and each other, ever since. To that end, as a lover of all things food, it’s her friends and visitors that benefit. With a wide open kitchen there is plenty of space for chatting about what matters most in life, health, and each other.

What a gift it is to have the space to be in communion, and to see your friends shine. We love loft life at The Broadway, a place for neighbors to come together without a commute. Low footprint, high reward. Less waste. In a world where preservation matters, this building constructed in 1900 sets an example for all of us. And reminds us that what matters most in long lasting relationships, is not just how sturdy they are, but also, how they feel. Thanks for the food, the friendship and the love Dana.

You and your place are absolutely one of a kind. And are definitely passing the test of time.

There’s something about spring that makes us pay closer attention to the spaces we call home. The light lingers a little longer in the evenings, trees begin their quiet bloom, and suddenly, the outdoors feels just as essential as the rooms within. It’s a season of return and renewal—of opening...
