Rose Park is a favorite of ours for a myriad of reasons. Among them are proximity to downtown (crazy close...like, less than 5 minutes), tree-lined streets dotted with bungalows, and parks/recreation spots in every direction. This particular bungalow on Sonata Street comes with plenty of its own fantastic features that - when considered in the context of the stellar neighborhood - make it a no brainer. Two-stories high, this one, and touting vintage charm in spades. The main living space has us thinking of crisp, fall days...pick a lazy Sunday, cozy up to that fireplace with a cup of coffee, and bask in the natural sunlight (it's everywhere in this home). Clean, bright eat-in kitchen makes prep work fun and bar tending a breeze. Each of the three bedrooms here has its own walk-in closet, and with new windows and a new roof, you'll not be needing for the basics anytime soon. Best jump on this one...she'll be gone in now time.
