Pioneered post-World War II by primarily blue-collar folks, Rose Park (and the neighboring area of Fairpark) boasts less-pricey homes with larger lots than those found in more city-centric areas. But don’t be fooled…you’re still just a 7 minute zip from downtown (no freeway needed).

Minutes to SLC Int’l Airport

But time-honored spots like Red Iguana and the Utah State Fairpark are just down the street.
