This charming little number wrote the book on curb appeal – we’re talking story-book cute here. Full of intact character, but there are plenty of upgrades throughout, too. We’ll start with that nice, open remodeled kitchen/dining/living space (it’s just aching to host a themed dinner of some sort) – ideal for the quietest or liveliest of evenings, and we’re in love with the brick wall. Other notable details of old include the crown molding, pocket doors, and original fir hardwood floors. The upstairs attic space has been converted into a nicely-finished pair of bedrooms, big ol’ closet, and a bathroom that makes us think of a private grotto. This place – oh, so close to the city – has a backyard with a distinctly ‘county’ feel.
