This be the stuff dreams are made of...and it's quite possibly one of our favorite projects, to boot. What was once an unassuming, rundown diamond-in-the-rough is now ready for cocktail parties, dinners with friends, and cozy nights around the two - yes, two - fireplaces. No detail was overlooked in the complete re-design; this cityhomeCOLLECTIVE project is the result of good old-fashioned collaboration between our own designer Andrea Beecher, architect Pablo Gotay, and Forest Seaman of DFS Construction. That distinctive and tasty butterfly roof above the second story main suite was added, resulting in sweeping views of Mount Olympus and skyscraper ceilings in the en-suite bath. Other features we're coveting include quartz countertops and the accompanying geometric backsplash, vaulted fir ceilings, insanely beautiful dark walnut custom cabinetry and flooring, and handcrafted solid fir slab stairs that keep the space airy, yet grounded. All this magic is perched at the north end of Olympus Cove, just a stone's throw away from Millcreek Canyon, Sugarhouse and quick access to world-class skiing. Just one question, really: when can you move in?
