The neighborhood in which this cutie pie resides is, metaphorically, blowing up. Being so close to Sugarhouse, Liberty Park, and downtown comes with a slew of perks, people. When an adorable home in the area hits the market, we assume it’s thanks to the fates (in other words, you’ll be ‘home’ in no time). Plenty of advantageous features in this one, too: we’ll start with the koi pond out back. We’re no experts on water features, but this seems as relaxing as any ol’ waterfall to us…especially on these 100-degree doozies. The floor plan is a nice, open one, from the front door to that adorably-remodeled kitchen. New cabinets and granite countertops for the chopping and serving and whatnot – and that backsplash isn’t hurting one bit. Central air (see: aforementioned “100-degree doozies”) and a brand new water heater mean you needn’t worry about the important stuff for a minute.
