A recent remodel (permits were pulled an’ errthing) has breathed new life into this cozy, little cottage on Layton Ave., and we think she’s all the better for it. The kitchen and living spaces were opened up to create an inviting spot for cooking/mingling with guests (who are sure to be posted up either at the bar or in the nearby eating area). As far as the home’s interior goes, it’s just about all brand spanking new. New cabinets, black quartz countertops (pause to wipe drool), plumbing, wiring, paint, refinished hardwood floors, and windows ensure this tidy place is looking clean ‘n’ bright as a fresh snow fall (sans the frostbite).
