When one of our good pals decided it was time to move on from her fab Avenues pad, she reached out to us for first steps. Our recommendation: throw a party, of course! And can you blame us? With a space as charming as hers in a building equally so, you hardly need a reason to celebrate…

We adore the Aves, but we’re especially fond of the Caithness.

Originally built in 1928, this spot underwent a complete overhaul in 2015, meaning there’s new plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, water, and laundry. Updates aside, none of the original character of this historic perch has been touched, and we’re particularly smitten with the original hardwood floors, the double-hung windows, and those incredible mountain views. Our advice? Keep an eye on this little gem. We’ve a hunch it’ll be snatched up quicker than quick...
