What an impact a new year can have on our lives. We’ve always said that homes should bring their inhabitants comfort and happiness (a sentiment that rings especially true now that Utah’s state slogan for the year is “stay home, stay safe”), and this spot offers precisely that. Here, you’ll find amazing, nerve-calming sunsets, plenty of space for a veggie garden, and all the solace required to shut out everything and be with loved ones.

Located in a quiet, mountainside neighborhood, the love runs deep with this one. Upon entering, it’s difficult to not feel an underlying sense of joy and, as such, this home is the perfect place for holiday gatherings, games of H.O.R.S.E, graduations, celebrations, and, above all else, everyday life.

spaces like this one poignantly remind us what a blessing it is to find yourself “at home.”
THANKFULLY…THIS IS ONE ENTIRELY AVAILABLE
