Lovers of good food and drink [e.g. everyone] prepare to kick up y’all’s heels, for Salt Lake Magazine’s 4th annual Tastemakers is upon us. The yearly foodie fest provides tastings from 15 of Utah’s scrummiest eateries--all available in a pop-up dining pavilion located on Gallivan Avenue. Wondering who’s on the docket? Roll call: Caffé Niche, Dining Awards Best Discovery-winner Del Mar Al Lago, Frida Bistro, and Silver to name a few. Also joining in on the festivities: a bevy of walkable local restaurants, including [but certainly not limited to] Alamexo, Caffé Molise, Market Street, and Squatters.
The thing is poppin’ off the evenings of May 29th & 30th, and a portion of all proceeds benefit Salt Lake Head Start [an organization that does some really stellar stuff for kids from low-income families]. Come on out, snap up some tasty tidbits, and dip into what is quickly becoming one of our favorite springtime shindigs. Last year, we found it to be as delicious as it was fun. See below for proof [via Carrie Butler Photography], that some other peeps agreed with us wholeheartedly. Then scroll down further for the official deets.
