This charming dandy sits right smack dab in the middle of our wonderful Plat of Zion. The location is, in a word, perfect. She’s a bike ride from Liberty Park [Tracy Aviary, all manor of courts for the sports enthusiast, playgrounds galore, picnicking mecca, ect.] and Trolley Square. Push on a few more blocks, and you’re at 9th & 9th, where we basically love everything. This adorable place has been wholly remodeled to our utter delight (that fireplace!), but the kitchen takes top honors. We love that gorgeous Carrara marble counter and all that stainless steel wrapped in clean, white lines. There’s a new roof, new electrical, and the backyard has been transformed into an oasis of sorts. The basement is finished, complete with bedrooms, bath, and a spacious laundry room.
