She was built in 1907 and painted a baby blue, but she’s grown up and shed her merry colors since then for something more understated and tasteful. She’s had some work done, too, so as to keep those details we love and update the ones that needed it. Case in point, this home has new a/c, windows, hardwood floors, kitchen, and bathroom. The attic was converted into two bedrooms [though the main suite is seated ideally on the main floor],  and the basement was left unfinished, leaving you with ample storage space, and it’s been outfitted with a bar. This is a tasty little feature, as the back of the home has been skirted with a generous deck, and you and your friends are gonna love hanging out [we did a bit of it ourselves]. A wonderful front porch overlooks a wonderfully-landscaped little patch of earth. The hardest decision you’ll have to make is where you want to sit and pin away those lazy summer nights.
