The residential design philosophy of one Mr. Ron Molen (a COLLECTIVE favorite, as architects go) prioritized creative living space with an emphasis on gathering. He used natural materials-brick, wood, and the like-as opposed to extruded products (you won’t find any vinyl on his homes, sigh), and his designs have decidedly stood the test of time. Why? Because they’re as highly functional and desirable today as they were when they were built. The Ron Molen home you see in the photos below is a perfectly preserved mid-century masterpiece. Mostly untouched, many of its most coveted, original features are completely intact. Sky’s the limit here and our opinion of this home is equally high. Make it yours, then make your mark.
