At cityhomeCOLLECTIVE, we pride ourselves on representing some of the most unique and interesting spaces SLC has to offer, and this spot is no exception (in fact, it may very well be the rule). Originally built in 1894, the property belonged to the Neff family (see: Neff’s canyon), and was originally two structures. Two homes were later joined to form a single space and in the 1970’s, the main bedroom, bathroom, and a few other architectural details were added. The kitchen and dining room both hold vaulted ceilings, and we think you’ll find each space ripe for entertaining. You’ll find floating stairs and beautiful wooden beams throughout, and the main suite is equipped with marble flooring, a stone fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows that lend views to a backyard you’ll be smitten with come summer. Rumor has it that a fair share of characters have called this space “home” in the past, and we can’t wait to see who snaps it up next.
