Don’t get us wrong, we loooooove us some downtown SLC. But when we’re looking to get out of this metropolitan mecca for a minute, it’s little more than a hop, skip, ’n’ a jaunt to one of our favorite southerly spots – Millcreek. Area aside, the house itself is decked to the nines with equal parts “modern convenience” and “Millcreek charm”. What does that entail? A custom kitchen with simply gorge granite countertops, custom cabinets and built-ins, soft close drawers and cabinets, and new, stainless steel appliances. A dandy south-facing family room [see: plenty of natural light] with a gas fireplace, built-in bookshelves, and tongue-in-groove planks on the ceiling with exposed wooden beams makes entreating a veritable breeze.
