This is lot is in a great location in that it backs up to national forest. The entire east boundary is national forest. The lot is heavily wooded with mature pines and aspens. It is on a steep slope with shelves. Excavation will be required to create usable space. Power lines are on the property boundary so power is available. The forest service has talked with us and told us they are eventually discontinuing this road for access to the forest which means this will be the last private lot on the road and significantly reduce any traffic. This is a huge positive.
