Chances are you’ve noticed the intriguing bit of construction going on near Central 9th. It’s called theRUBY, and we first brought you news of the project’s groundbreaking a few weeks back. It’s set to be a pretty rad bit of new construction, and we think you’d do well to keep your eyes on its progress.
So, without further ado, here’s the scoop…
As evidenced by these progress shots, theRUBY is well underway, and a few of the project’s selected finishes are pictured below, so feel free to get a jump on daydreaming about decor. We’re straight-up giddy with anticipation to see the final products, but for now, rest easy knowing that 12 of these beauties (at approximately 1,850 sq. ft. and priced in the mid-300s), will be up for grabs sooner than later. With new SLC staples like Laziz Kitchen, Water Witch, Jade Market, and Meditrina, this spot is truly popping off in the best way.
