I make it a point to spend a fair amount of time in each property I put on the market. It's worth my time to get a sense for how it lives and breathes, for what feels good and which bits should be highlighted in the showings. Herein lies the dilemma for me: we've got a myriad of solid clients with stellar properties, and I quickly find myself jumping from 'this feels good' to 'how can I buy this for me?' For those of you that need convincing on this one, our job's been made all too easy. We'll let the images below do the chatting.
