Kinda hard to get our minds around the fact that it's been a year since we wrapped up our largest commercial design project to date and Pallet Bistro opened its doors to the ladies and gents of our city. We happen to be a tad smitten with Salt Lake Magazine right now, too; they just awarded Pallet Best Design, Reader's Choice Best restaurant in SLC, and Best New Restaurant in State. Hollar.

News this nifty calls for celebration, no doubt. Pallet and its people are extending an invitation to eat, drink, and be merry to a year of success this Friday and Saturday [March 1st & 2nd]. On Friday, Pallet will be open for regular dinner service with the savory accompaniment of the Josh Payne Orchestra. On Saturday, from 9pm-12am, enjoy a happy hour of sorts [think cheap drinks and bites] with small plates inspired by a few favorite dishes from the past year's menu. Select tasty, hand-crafted cocktails will be served, and local DJ, Jesse Walker, will be spinning some magic. Go raise a glass to a another year of the good stuff.
