We made mention last week how silly it would be for you not to get out and enjoy our mountains. That said, hiking's not for everyone. If you hate the way you look in hiking boots, not to worry -- we've been alerted to a less rugged, more tasty way to enjoy the majestic outdoors. It's called Wasatch Mountain Table, and it takes place in the Creekside Lodge at Solitude Mountain Resort. Award-winning executive chef, Michael Richey, creates a delectable four-course meal featuring local food producers [Slide Ridge Honey, Beehive Cheese, M&M Farms, + some] then Pago's sommelier, Evan Lewandowski, pairs it with local Ruth Lewandowski wines. Arguably, the best dinner with a view.
Tickets are $75 per person and $110 with wine pairing. And -- since this is a series of dining events, with the first being this Saturday the 29th, -- you have several chances to enjoy. Click on the links below to get more information or to make a reservation. Nature + Food = Heaven.
