Metro #704 | Seventh (Floor) Wonder

October 9, 2015 |

List Price: Sold

Neighborhood: Downtown

Property Profile: 763 sq. ft. | 1 bed, 1 bath

Our Opinion: Drumroll, please. This Metro unit is tucked high into the 7th floor and positively bursting with good vibes and updated err-thing. We’ve sold a few of these darlings before (see here and here), but this one is perhaps a little nearer and dearer than most. The spot is a hot one, to be sure: a couple of our COLLECTIVE pals have had years of livin’ and lovin’ here, and now–alas–they’ve seen fit to move on. An understated number in the downtown Metro building (see how good the livin’ looks here), this cozy condo has one bed, one bath, just enough space, and all new everything. A fabulous little balcony (with nice, easterly views) and a covered parking space are a few of the perks you’ll see here. But perhaps the perkiest perk is the ‘hood which this building is home to. From here, you can walk to food, drink, Trax, and more bars than you can shake a martini at. This is city livin’ with secured entry. Downtown life from on high. This is it, people. Get on up.

7th Annual Bunny Hop!

There are certain staples of spring whose absence would throw all of those warm weather vibes straight out the window: sunshiney patios, the budding of the trees on South Temple, and one of our favorite fair-weather events, Mr. Jesse Walker’s Bunny Hop. That’s right. Now in its seventh year, this COLLECTIVELY adored event is gearing […]
