This space in the Broadway Lofts is precisely what we hoped it would be -- a beautifully-curated, elegant juxtaposition to its raw bones. In perfectly-preserved tradition, the concrete, steel, glass, and wood of this loft is intact and breathing; a historic, living symbol of hard work, balance, industry. We're waxing a tad sentimental, sure -- but that just means we're on the right track. We've yet to paint a tenth of the picture that this space deserves. Given our love of space, it's comparatively spiritual to walk into one that isn't simply a blueprint, but a paradigm. The ideal. This is why we are idealists...because once you've seen a space like this, you know that there's a measurement: a standard to which we'll hold that will affect how we see and live in every space from here on out.
