Our Opinion: Choice choices yield a choice space. We'll rephrase: we love this. The owner [a COLLECTIVE family member] made some good decisions at move-in time, and the renovation reflects a simple, modern aesthetic. Broadway Towers was built in '85, but this 5th-floor unit has been stripped and re-dressed with details like stained, concrete floors, black granite counter tops, and stainless appliances. The modest square footage has been counterbalanced by the decision to forgo a bedroom wall; a clever nod that resulted in a space that feels like the ideal downtown loft. Secure-building perks include a spot in the garage, a fitness room, sauna, and hot tub. As we see it, the top-notch feature is the view from the balcony that envelops you in the city -- it's begging for background music and a tasty cocktail. It's seated squarely at 3rd & 3rd, and if you haven't read already, we're avid fans of this location. Skip to Bar X, meander to a movie at Broadway, wind your way to every restaurant in downtown SLC...we're talking spitting distance, amigos. Spaces like this remind us why a downtown life is life, perfected.
