You've yet to see this number on the site, so count yourself lucky to have noticed this teaser. Ogden is making a number of strides in a number of ways, and this Victorian remodel in the historic district is no exception. No better way to breathe life into a tad-forgotten area than to bring in all the neighborhood kids for some hot cocoa and horseplay. The kitchen, you'll note, is as friendly as you'd like (those teal cabinets!), and has room for everyone to gather and nibble. We decided to christen said friendly cookery with hot chocolate and every last accoutrement: marshmallows, chocolate chips, whip cream, and (naturally) cookies. The east central 'hood where this home sits is just around the corner from some of our Ogden favorites, namely the Weber County Library, Eccles Art Gallery, and historic 25th Street. Translation: charm and walkability. This place may just be hitting the market pretty soon and when it does, it's definitely worth a gander. Pay attention to the childlike enthusiasm you see below…we have a hunch it'll make you feel the same way.
