We’d hoped to keep this beautifully renovated mid-century modern under wraps until spring but we just couldn’t help ourselves. One look at what our friends/clients have done with these once down-and-out digs, and you’ll agree that 211 South Sandrun shines regardless of the season.

Fifteen years ago, current owners Steve and Teresa discovered this veritable diamond in the rough and, over time, carefully and lovingly breathed new life into it. Living spaces were opened up, bathrooms were redone, appliances were modernized, and the fireplace was highlighted. Entertainers at heart, the pair also designed a wet bar on the lower level that’s delightfully swanky and, orientation-wise, the home is perfectly positioned to soak in early morning sunrises without missing out on twinkling city views at night.

this lovely spot is coming up for grabs oh-so-soon…

Seasons Change; We Are Here
11/5/2025 | Brian Tripoli
I’ve walked these streets so many times with this child. I remember when she’d ride in a carrier against my chest, both of us bundled tight against the winter cold. Then, later, behind me in a bike trailer, laughing while I went way too fast. And now she’s on her own bike, and I’m the one trying...
