To reach the strikingly-modern canyon home, our crew embarked on a snowy hike. In the summer, the private road is easily driveable, but come snowy months, one is forced to park at the bottom and walk to the top (and, given those vistas, “force” is a term used very loosely, here). “I couldn’t help thinking about how great it would be to have that walk home after a long day of work–to have that meditation time. How incredible to be able to park, pause, walk up, and arrive home refreshed,” says listing agent, Cody Derrick.
