In light of the recent (and very welcomed) onslaught of fall-time vibes in Salt Lake City, we decided to take full advantage of what’s presumably one of the last sweater-only days of the season. What better way than spending some QT carving pumpkins in a cute spot like this one?

This home has the perfect entertaining spaces (see: backyard deck with ideal gourd-carving station and a chef’s kitchen that makes catching up with old friends over wine and cheese an absolute breeze). And, although this home does boast a few extra apartments above and below, the main level takes center stage; there's plenty of space and light for the gathering of family and friends, alike. In short: it was a picturesque spot to spend an autumnal eve.

And, while this serene, mid-city spot did go Under Contract in a snap, we think you’d do well to keep an eye out—there might be some available rentals coming your way soon…
