This lovely and lovingly renovated home boasts not only a stunning front porch, a dramatic interior, and a back yard for days but is also one proud member of Central City's Historic District. Not too long ago, we helped good friends and great humans purchase this north-of-Liberty Park bungalow, and they have improved upon it ever since. Upgrades include a new roof, a new furnace and air conditioning, and plenty of dramatic touches for added charm and style throughout the home. Smartly (and thankfully), they left the grand fireplace intact.

Conveniently positioned within walking distance from Liberty Park, Trolley Square, and the shops at 9th & 9th...

Recently, we threw a little soiree to celebrate our client’s purchase of a new home and their decision to sell this beauty. We love the space’s flow—how the living, dining, and kitchen spaces are seamlessly connected. The kitchen is full of natural light, which makes it even easier to imagine cooking and sharing the space with loved ones. The backyard is absolutely delightful and features a covered deck and lawn. It’s a spend-all-summer-out-there kind of spot. Beyond the property itself, the home’s location couldn’t be any better. It's conveniently positioned within walking distance from Liberty Park, Trolley Square, and the shops at 9th & 9th.

From the charm of the surrounding neighborhood right down to the bones of this sweet bungalow, this well-renovated spot in the city has just about everything. The only thing missing? You.

This is a love letter about what I do and why I do it. I first met Scott & Chris just over a year ago.
