These almost-spring-time temps have us all daydreaming about green grass, patio dining, back yard hangs. Lucky for us all, those delightful things are just around the corner.

We snapped these photos during a visit to the oh-so-charming Merril residence almost a decade ago (we can hardly believe it). A few things we love about this Central City oasis? Lofted ceilings, an open floor plan, off-street parking, sculpture garden, and those grape vines starting to creep up the back patio pergola (they're a decade older, too). We're suckers for a home that enables you to make breakfast entirely from the contents of your own back yard, and this one's got our number.
