Can We Have Your Best Ugly?

September 24, 2010 |

So, we’ve got this little library that we want you to be a part of…or we hope to.  There’s a bitty collection of real estate, architecture, housing and design books at the COLLECTIVE nowadays, and we’d love to keep collecting…which is where you come in.

It’s already started, what with Cody’s great collection of coffee-table design books.  Now we need a few contributions. You’ve probably got a few design or architecture or real estate books that you’ve browsed several times over.  Now they’re collecting dust and feeling neglected.  They want to be back in circulation; you want to view new ones (and recycle); we want to help.

The thing is,  we’re pretty sure that with enough savvy, home- and design-minded reading material, we can really help our clients in more ways than one.  Say you’re ready for a remodel…or to sell…or buy…or just get some ideas.  How great would it be if you could just come here and peruse the CITYHOMES book collective (and how many libraries serve wine)?  We could help you with ideas on design or potential floor plans; we could browse pages for your ideal home, giving us a solid idea of what to seek out; you could even ‘check out’ books and take them for a few days to ponder and dream.

If you’ve got some books to donate to the CITYHOMES collective, let us know, and we’ll happily pick them up.  You can also call us at 801.718.5555, or come by between 9 and 6, Monday thru Friday.  Mmmm…making a contribution feels so good.  Plus, you’ll love your place, and we’ll love your face.  Everybody wins.

7th Annual Bunny Hop!
March 29, 2017 |
There are certain staples of spring whose absence would throw all of those warm weather vibes straight out the window: sunshiney patios, the budding of the trees on South Temple, and one of our favorite fair-weather events, Mr. Jesse Walker’s Bunny Hop. That’s right. Now in its seventh year, this COLLECTIVELY adored event is gearing […]
