1 avocado, 1 pear [organic Bosch be the best], a grip of cilantro, romaine lettuce
It's easy. Toss your avocado, chunks of pear, and cilantro into the food processor. Chop it...or grind it. Scoop it up. Spread it on a nice, big leafy green [we use romaine for the added 'crispy'], and put it in your mouth.
