We suggest you take all your pals back to your place after the show…a tidy kitchen with a sizable cutout that connects you directly to the main living space makes for a super little spot to entertain. Spare bedroom for those times when a guest (or two) needs a cozy bed, or a spare office for whatever your little side hobby might be. Oh, and those inclined to grow their own food will be thrilled to know that Ivy Terrace has community garden plots and a picnic area. In other words, you're looking squarely at a potential farm-to-table, grow-it-and-grill-it type situation, which is a big win for downtown living. Either way, you'd better ring us up…she's likely to be gone in no time, this doll.
